These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 101phjl ("101phjl," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 101phjl website located at 101phjl.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 101phjl Platform and close your account. 101phjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. These Terms apply to all users of the 101phjl Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, players, depositors, and contributors of content. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

To register and use the 101phjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

101phjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 101phjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any information that changes. 101phjl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 101phjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. 101phjl shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on the 101phjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 101phjl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 101phjl account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 101phjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times apply as published on the Platform.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 101phjl complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits. 101phjl may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Fees: 101phjl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges. 101phjl is not responsible for third-party fees.

101phjl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• 101phjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of 101phjl shall be final and binding.

All games available on the 101phjl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available to players upon request.

101phjl is committed to fair play. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. 101phjl reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation or technical error.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 101phjl's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. 101phjl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or 101phjl's systems or networks.
• Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by 101phjl.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or 101phjl staff through any communication channel.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

All content on the 101phjl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 101phjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 101phjl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 101phjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 101phjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

101phjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 101phjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 101phjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

101phjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the 101phjl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited at 101phjl's discretion, subject to applicable law.

101phjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 101phjl's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 101phjl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
